Project Description：The project involved the comprehensive industrial exhaust gas treatment for a local factory in Vietnam. To treat industrial pollutants generated during local production, such as dust, organic exhaust gas and acidic and alkaline exhaust gas, a standardized, highly efficient and low-energy-consumption complete set of exhaust gas treatment system was established. The system strictly accommodates local environmental emission standards in Vietnam, helping the enterprise achieve compliant exhaust gas emissions, improve the workshop environment, and maintain green and safe production. As the core ventilation power unit for this project, we supplied the dedicated Industrial Centrifugal Fans to ensure the stable, efficient and continuous operation of the entire exhaust gas treatment system.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the workshop exhaust gas collection rate improved from 72% before renovation to over 98%; The overall purification and treatment efficiency of the complete exhaust gas system increased by more than 26%; the removal rates of major pollutants, including particulate matter, organic exhaust gas, and acidic and alkaline exhaust gas, remained stable at more than 95%. Tail gas emission concentrations fully complied with local industrial exhaust gas emission standards in Vietnam, achieving zero environmental exceedances and zero environmental complaints throughout the year.
