Project Description：This project involved the modification and new construction of the supporting ventilation and air supply system for a local air separation processing line in Poland. To meet the core requirements of the Polish air separation industry for high-precision material classification, low energy consumption and all-weather stable operation, the entire line was equipped with the professionally customized centrifugal fans from our company to replace the conventional aging fan system, resolving the industry pain points of conventional fans, such as unstable air pressure, low precision separation, high energy consumption, excessive noise, high failure rate. The fan provides the stable, controllable and high-efficiency airflow power support for the entire air separation line, helps the customer achieve precise separation of light and heavy materials, improves the production efficiency and optimizes the operation and maintenance cost. Since commissioning, the equipment has operated stably and has been highly recognized by the end customer.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the material separation pass rate increased from 87% to over 98.5%, and the residual rate of light impurities decreased by more than 75%. Quality problems, such as material mixing and incomplete separation, caused by airflow fluctuations were completely eliminated, ensuring the stable compliance with the output standards for premium finished products and significantly reducing losses from defective product rework.
