Project Description：This project involved the supporting ventilation, temperature control and exhaust gas treatment system for a large NEV production base in Northwest China. Focusing on the core operating requirements for complete NEV coating, drying, heat treatment, workshop ventilation and purification, the project provided a professional industrial fan solution for the entire production line at the base. We tailored two core types of equipment for the project, centrifugal fans and high-temperature plug fans, precisely accommodating the operating requirements of the entire automotive production process and comprehensively resolving major problems, such as workshop ventilation, high-temperature hot air circulation, process exhaust gas conveying, and equipment heat dissipation.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, 24-hour continuous operation was achieved. The overall operation failure rate decreased to below 0.5%, and the process qualification rate increased by 3.2%. This effectively prevented product defects and rework caused by abnormal ventilation and temperature control, and ensured the orderly progress of complete vehicle mass production.
