Project Description：The project involved the upgrades of the production lines of a local latex product manufacturer in Vietnam. Its core objective was to provide customized high-temperature fans for the customer's new integrated latex molding, drying, and curing production lines to address the key process requirements of high-temperature hot air circulation, dehumidification and curing, and exhaust gas venting during latex production. The project aligned with the trend towards large-scale and standardized production in Vietnam's latex industry, and adapted to local natural latex processing conditions. The equipment operated stably on the main latex production line all the time, ensuring continuous and efficient operation of the whole line and helping the customer improve the quality and output of latex products.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the monthly hot air system halting failures of the production line dropped from 4-6 occurrences to 0-1 occurrences, cutting the equipment failure rate by over 85%; the overall yield rate of finished latex products rose from 92.3% to 98.7%, an increase of 6.4%, which greatly reduced rework and scrap costs. The overall effective capacity of the production line increased by more than 12%, supporting the customer to achieve stable, high-yield, and full-capacity production.
