Project Description：The project involved the renovation of supporting ventilation and heat supply system for the intelligent coating production line of a local industrial enterprise in Cambodia. It was a key local project supporting manufacturing upgrades and improvements in surface treatment quality and efficiency. Focusing on the core pain points of coating production, the project was equipped with the Industrial High-Temperature Fan independently researched and developed by our company to perform the key processes, including drying and curing of sprayed workpiece, hot air circulation in workshop, exhaust gas discharge and others. The fans are completely compatible with the tropical high-temperature and high-humidity environment in Cambodia, and continuous industrial production conditions, offering the core equipment support for the stable and efficient operation and low energy consumption of the entire coating production line, and helping the standardized and refined development of local coating industry.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the drying and curing time per batch of the production line was shortened by 18%; the daily effective production time increased, and the comprehensive production capacity of the entire production line increased over 15%; the product coating defect rate decreased from 5.2% before renovation to 1.8%, the monthly rework costs for defective products were significantly reduced, and the stability of finished product quality was substantially improved.
